Raise both of your arms to the sides, keeping your upper arms parallel to the floor and placing each palm and forearm on the outsides of the door frame.
Using the doorway as resistance, slowly step forward with one foot and shift your weight forward.
Keep your neck and shoulders relaxed and back off if you feel any sharp pain.
