StretchPartner provides guided stretching, mobility routines, quizzes, subscriptions, and app sync features. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

• Account details such as email address, display name, Apple or Google sign-in identifiers, and profile details you provide.
• Quiz and onboarding answers such as goals, tight areas, experience level, preferred routine time, and similar personalization inputs.
• Routine activity such as completed sessions, streaks, duration, progress, favorites, and app settings.
• Subscription and entitlement records, including product, store, renewal status, and receipt or checkout identifiers.
• Technical data such as IP address, browser, device type, app version, crash logs, diagnostics, and request logs.
• Support messages you send to us, including your email address and the contents of your request.

Payments

Web subscriptions may be processed by Stripe. iOS purchases may be processed by Apple. We do not store full card numbers. Payment processors and app stores handle payment details under their own terms and privacy policies.

How We Use Information

• To provide accounts, subscriptions, personalized routines, progress tracking, and app sync.
• To remember your preferences and keep web and mobile app experiences aligned.
• To process purchases, verify receipts, manage entitlements, and prevent fraud or abuse.

Analytics And Marketing

We may use analytics and advertising tools to understand traffic, improve the funnel, measure campaigns, and diagnose product issues. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate StretchPartner, including hosting, database, analytics, email, payment, app store, customer support, security, and error monitoring providers. Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide StretchPartner, maintain accounts and subscriptions, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request account deletion using the contact details below.

Your Choices

• You can update or delete certain information in the app when those controls are available.
• You can unsubscribe from marketing emails through the link in those emails.
• You can manage iOS subscriptions through your Apple account and web subscriptions through the billing portal when available.
• You can request access, correction, or deletion by emailing us.

Children

StretchPartner is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
