Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must not access another person's account or use StretchPartner in a way that interferes with the service.

Subscriptions And Purchases

Some features may require a paid subscription or purchase. Prices, trial availability, renewal terms, and cancellation rules are shown at checkout or in the relevant app store. Web purchases may be handled by Stripe. iOS purchases may be handled by Apple In-App Purchase. Your access to paid features depends on a valid entitlement linked to your account.

Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before renewal under the rules of the payment provider or app store. Refund requests are handled by the payment provider or app store where the purchase was made, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Content And License

StretchPartner content, branding, routines, images, audio, text, software, and design are owned by StretchPartner or its licensors. We grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable, non-commercial license to use the service for your own wellness and mobility practice. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, publicly perform, scrape, or create competing datasets from the content without permission.

Acceptable Use

• Do not break the law or violate the rights of others.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access, security testing, reverse engineering, or disruption of the service.
• Do not upload malicious code, abuse APIs, bypass paid access, or misuse account and purchase systems.
• Do not use StretchPartner content for commercial instruction, resale, or automated extraction without permission.

We may add, remove, modify, or discontinue features, routines, content, prices, or availability. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe these terms have been violated or the service is being misused.
