How to do the trunk rotation stretch

Instructions for trunk rotation:

Sitting in a chair with your back straight, cross your right leg over your left leg and twist your upper body to the right while keeping your hips in the same spot.
Place your left elbow on the outside of your right leg and use the back of your chair to increase your rotation.
