How to do the happy baby stretch

Instructions for happy baby:
Start lying on your back with your knees toward your chest.
Bring your arms through the inside of your knees and grab the outsides of your feet with each hand.
Pull back on your feet to bring your knees down toward the floor and position your ankles directly over your knees.
